Welcome back to the J-YAP IUSP blog.
This past week or two we've been warming up for a special event this Saturday: Building a Career in Japanese-English Translation.
This careers talk will feature three speakers, two of whom are graduates of the University of Edinburgh's MA Japanese programme, and the third of whom studied Mathematics with Japanese at the University of Manchester. All three have a fascinating range of experience both in Japan and the UK, and as each sits at a slightly different point in their career, we anticipate this event will shine a useful light for students considering similar paths in future.
If you are registered on the J-YAP IUSP student site (or are yet to do so!), head on over to this page to find out more.
