Weeks 1 & 2 of Autumn Semester

We're already well into September, and the J-YAP IUSP Autumn Semester is off to a great start.

The main sessions currently on offer are as follows (all times UK time):

• Tuesdays (starting 14th Sept) 16:00-17:00: Yagioka Seminar (Upper Int. Level・Yukie Yagioka)

• Tuesdays (starting 7th Sept) 17:30-18:30: Let's Speak Japanese! (Lower Int. Level・Yumiko Schumacher)

• Final Wednesday Each Month 10:00-11:00: Let's Try it in Japanese! (All Levels Welcome・Japanese Students Welcome・Hiroe Okamoto)

• Thursdays (starting 9th Sept) 14:00-15:00: Chat Club (Lower Int. Level・Mihoko Noguchi)

• Fridays (starting 10th Sept) 13:00-14:00: Virtual Study Abroad (Upper Int. Level・Keiko Kelly）

Furthermore, we are excited to have just confirmed one new regular session with Tomoko Fujita, who kindly ran several classes as a volunteer during the August Summer School. Check back for further details to be announced next time!

A few things have been changing behind the scenes in terms of how sessions are held online, with the introduction of Google Classrooms to better facilitate communication and file sharing between students and teachers.
